Common Names: St. John’s Wort, Hypericum Berries
Commonly called St. John’s Wort, these pink hypericum will make your DIY flower arrangements, especially those featuring light pink gerbera daisies, really stand out. Used mostly as a filler, but lovely all the same, pink hypericum features medium-sized oblong fruit the color of the clouds at dawn. The berries help add texture and color to any bouquet all year-round. Pink hypericum produces 12-14 berries on a single stem. Each berry is surrounded by sepals, small leaves at the base of the fruit. Hypericum berries will vary in color throughout the growing season. Longer leaves branch off the stem.
